Please note you cannot edit sample labels.

Create your own labels –you can create your own label using a professional program, then and upload it to the system, for details and instructions click here

Hire a graphic designer – if you want a customised professional label, you can contact our graphic designer. (form on the product page)

No Label: You also have the option of purchasing the products without a label, you would need to design, print and apply the label yourself.

At this time we have production set up to be stream lined and efficient within templated sizes. If you want a different size you have the option of no label, where you can design and print your own size.

We have print production set up on white waterproof labels in full colour, the printer we use does not offer metallic colours at this time.

No,you would need to have your barcodes designed into your labels (Create your own labels or No label) or provide your barcode and upload if choosing the Pre-designed label option.

Our bottles and labels are recyclable. The caps and fittings do need to be removed before recycling

We choose to use certified organic or organic ingredients where possible, but we are not and don’t claim to be “certified organic”

Yes, all the shampoos and conditioners are all natural.
The detangling spray however has one added ingredient (water soluble silicone) that is necessary for detangling knots and the added bonus of no sticky buildup. The detangling spray is 97% natural.

Yes, as much as we could. Formulated, tested, mixed and poured in Australia. Labels are printed in Australia, bottles are purchased from Australian companies. Most ingredience are Australian, a few ingredients (that don’t grow here) have been imported from overseas.

Yes, all conditioners are vegan.

All shampoos are, BUT we have one exception, the Sensitive Shampoo - one ingredient in the Sensitive dog shampoo is goats milk. Sorry! we found the combination of goats milk, aloe vera, coconut oil and manuka honey are the ultimate soothing mix for dogs with sensitive skin.

Yes, they are hypoallergenic, all natural and human grade. All shampoos and conditioners can be used on cats, and small animals like rabbits or even large animals like horses. (We even use it on our own hair!!...shhhh, don’t tell anyone!)
